Salvatore Sciarrino / Jérôme Combier / Hans Thomalla

Salvatore Sciarrino / Jérôme Combier / Hans Thomalla

    • Opéra National de Paris Bastille
      October 14
In this second concert uniting two young composers with Sciarrino, Combier offers another work that showcases talents merging music and poetry, while Thomalla’s wild.thing is inspired by the drum segment of a Jimi Hendrix track. Sciarrino provides a coda with Quaderno di strada, a journey whose itinerary traces a return to origins, a journey on the verge of silence, before the beginnings of time.
