[Visual Arts / Performance]The ironic reference to the popular British tabloid in the title is rather apt, given Rennó’s singular subject matter. The artist pored over news briefs in the Brazilian press, clipping any item that mentioned another Rosângela. In all, she found 133 namesakes from all walks of life, from celebrities to kidnapping victims. She then worked with a writer to transcribe the items as internal monologues, which she proceeded to perform.
