Carolina Bianchi unfurls the final chapter of Cadela Força, thereby bringing to a close this multifaceted trilogy. The latter takes the form of a critical exploration of language, the history of art, theatre and authorship in terms of their relationship with sexual violence and patriarchy. Far from drawing any conclusions, the Brazilian playwright opens up new avenues for reflection.

Uma Luz Cordial
, the final chapter of the trilogy that was set in motion in 2023, sheds light upon the writing process behind this research. Throughout this voyage, Carolina Bianchi is accompanied by two literary figures: the Brazilian poet Hilda Hilst and the American Emily Dickinson. These writers, turned into mystical entities, enjoin her to reveal how the act of writing is, for her, intimately linked to sexuality: a place of fantasy and a carnal act, which often bears the hallmark of violence. The performer reveals herself onstage by means of a series of alter egos. Alongside her, the nine performers from her company Cara de Cavalo find their way round, and get lost in, a labyrinth governed by magic laws. For one last time, Carolina Bianchi invites us to cross the enigmatic desert that constitutes Cadela Força, and to embrace its vertigo.
